Fanart and Colour Experimentation - Liquid Annie

I wanted to create some fanart for a content creator i really admire, Atsuover, and her character called Annie. She has a really interesting transformation design that I wanted to draw while using much bolder colours I would usually have shyed away from, as well as trying some different background imagery to indicate tone but also fill up space that would otherwise be blank and boring.
